Community Student Assistant
Landfolk is looking for a curious and detail-oriented student assistant with a passion for community and a drive for practical, hands-on work. You’ll play a key role in bringing our host community to life by supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to exciting new initiatives as we scale.
About Landfolk & Our Community Strategy
Landfolk is a curated platform for handpicked holiday homes - and the beating heart of our brand is our community.
We’re on a mission to build a tech-enabled, people-first host community, where every host feels confident, supported, and proud to be part of something bigger. With our newly launched Community Strategy 2.0, we’re doubling down on retention, scalable connection, and building a true sense of belonging for our hosts across six European markets.
As a Community Student Assistant, you’ll be part of turning this strategy into reality, from shipping welcome packages to helping plan thoughtful events and co-create with our most engaged hosts.
What you'll be doing
You’ll join the Community team and work closely with our Community Managers. You’ll have flexible days, some focused on practical execution, others more creative. Your key tasks will include:
Community logistics
Ship welcome packages to hosts, prepare event materials, and handle ongoing practical tasks that keep our community engine running.
Host forum approvals
Help moderate our digital Host Forum and ensure new hosts are welcomed and onboarded smoothly.
Community concept development
Assist in developing and executing initiatives that build community and engagement, from new host rituals to storytelling initiatives.
Event and webinar support
Help plan, coordinate, and run both online and in-person events for hosts in Denmark and across our other markets.
Gather input and feedback
Help us listen to the community, by collecting feedback and contributing to our understanding of what makes hosts feel seen and supported.
Who you are
You’re reliable and detail-oriented, and you enjoy bringing structure to your work.
You’re flexible and thrive in a mix of operational and creative tasks.
You’re curious and eager to learn about tech, communities, and digital platforms.
You’re a team player who’s happy to own your own to-dos, and support where needed.
You don’t need experience in community building, but you should be excited about working with people and have a strong sense of responsibility.
What you'll gain
Real responsibility from day one, with the chance to shape how we engage with hosts across Europe
The opportunity to grow with the role and take on more responsibility over time
A front-row seat in a company that is building the future of hospitality, with strong ties to product, design, support, and brand
Access to a talented, fun and collaborative team working with community at scale
Why Landfolk?

We’re a people-first company where balance matters. You’ll work from our bright and beautiful Aarhus office, with perks like a delicious lunch scheme, great coffee, team socials, and even the chance to stay in one of our handpicked holiday homes.
