Supply Manager Spain
Would you like to be part of launching Landfolk in Spain—handpicking and onboarding beautiful holiday homes while building relationships with enthusiastic holiday homeowners?
We’re entering a brand-new market and looking for a full-time, Spanish-speaking Supply Manager to join our team, based in Spain or Denmark.
Founded in February 2021 by seven ex-Airbnb colleagues, Landfolk is an online marketplace for handpicked holiday homes. Based in Aarhus, Denmark, we're rapidly expanding across Europe, operating in Denmark, Italy, Norway, Sweden, France and Germany. Our curated approach ensures that we offer only the most beautiful and unique holiday homes to our community of travellers.
We recently raised a €10.3M series A from top investors (EIFO, SEED Capital & HEARTLAND) to drive our expansion into Europe.
As a key member of our growing team, you'll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with holiday homeowners across Spain. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape Landfolk's presence in a new market while contributing to our mission of helping people get out of town – closer to nature and each other.

Utilise your local knowledge and cultural understanding to ensure successful growth in the Spanish market.
Collaborate with the wider Landfolk team.

Native Spanish language skills with fluent English both verbally and in writing.
Deep understanding of Spanish culture, traditions, and regional differences.
Ability to engage and influence owners of premium holiday homes.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Bring a care for details and a structured approach to work.

It would also be nice if you have prior experience in a marketplace or startup environment.
