Associate Sales / Supply Manager Italy
Are you great at talking to people and motivated by creating measurable results?
At Landfolk, we are looking for an ambitious Associate Supply Manager to support our Italian team - someone who wants to grow within sales and commercial work and thrives with clear goals and a structured workday.
In this role, you will act as a key support to our Italian Supply Managers while also working directly with Italian hosts, helping us grow and strengthen our presence in the Italian market. You will be responsible for prospecting, advising, and onboarding owners of unique holiday homes to the Landfolk platform.
You will become part of an experienced Italian team, where you will receive close coaching and gradually take on more responsibility as you build insight into our product, market, and sales approach.
You will play a central role where quality, dialogue, and execution go hand in hand, with clear expectations, continuous feedback, and strong opportunities for development.
About Landfolk
Landfolk was founded in February 2021 by seven former Airbnb colleagues with a shared dream: to create a marketplace for renting carefully curated holiday homes with soul. From our base in Aarhus, we have grown quickly and are now active in Denmark, Norway, Germany, Sweden, France, Italy, and most recently Spain.
The Role
For our office in Aarhus, we are now looking for an Associate Supply Manager for the Italian market.
In the Supply team, we speak every day with holiday homeowners who are curious about renting and want to learn more about Landfolk. Your task will be to use your communication skills and sales drive to educate them about our concept, demonstrate how we differ from traditional rental agencies, and ultimately guide the conversation to successfully onboarding a new host to the platform.
Your daily work and typical responsibilities include:
Supporting the Italian Supply Managers with operational, administrative, and coordination tasks to improve efficiency
Assessing whether incoming holiday homes match Landfolk’s aesthetic and quality criteria
Conducting phone meetings with qualified hosts and advising them on rental opportunities through Landfolk
Following up continuously with potential hosts and maintaining momentum in the dialogue
Driving the sales process from first contact to onboarding - ensuring the home is ready to go live on Landfolk.com
Contributing to achieving team supply targets and KPIs
Engaging in conversations with existing hosts about how they can improve their home’s performance and attract more guests
Qualifications and Competencies
There can be several paths into this role, but we imagine that you:
Native Italian language skills with fluent English (verbal and written) - additional language skills are welcomed
Deep understanding of Italian culture, traditions, and regional difference
Are early in your career or recently graduated, and motivated to learn, grow, and take responsibility from day one
Have experience with sales, customer contact, or advisory work - for example from a student job, internship, or previous role
Have an interest in aesthetics and understand what makes a holiday home particularly attractive
Are proactive, work independently, and thrive when taking ownership of your tasks
Are structured and good at maintaining an overview - even when handling multiple tasks
Thrive in a team environment where colleagues support each other and collaborate closely - also across markets
Experience working with CRM tools is an advantage
Why Landfolk?
