At Landfolk, we believe the most memorable holidays happen in homes that are loved and lived in. To tell those stories, we’re building a new creative production engine and we’re looking for someone who can help us bring it to life.
We’re looking for a digital designer who can concept, shoot and craft high-quality content across formats – from brand storytelling to performance-driven campaigns.
You’ll join our in-house agency within the Brand & Marketing team – and help create content that attracts both new hosts and guests by showcasing the people, homes and places behind our curated collection.
This role sits at the intersection of creator, designer and creative technologist. You’ll work across channels and formats – from filming and editing brand stories on location to producing paid social ads, landing page assets and campaign content.
We’re looking for someone who understands both aesthetics and performance – and knows how to adapt ideas into formats that work.
We also believe the future of creative production will be deeply shaped by AI and new creative technologies. You should be curious about exploring new workflows that let us scale our creative output while maintaining Landfolk’s high level of quality.

What you’ll do
Produce inspiring brand content
Design graphics and layouts that brings the visual stories to life across platforms within our brand guidelines
Tell visual stories that bring our homes, hosts and destinations to life
Shoot and edit video content across Landfolk homes and destinations
Capture aerial footage using drone and dynamic camera work
Create marketing-ready assets
Design and edit creative assets for demand and supply marketing across various channels including both organic and paid
Work closely with colleagues in the Brand & Marketing team to develop concepts and creative formats
Own the production workflow
Plan shoots, locations and equipment. Sometimes you’ll execute everything on your own and other times you’ll do it together with a team
Manage footage, editing workflows and asset libraries
Deliver polished assets fast without compromising on craft
Help build the future of creative production
Experiment with AI tools and emerging technologies within creative production
Develop smarter and faster workflows for editing, ideation and content scaling
Help us significantly increase the volume of high-quality content we produce
Contribute ideas for how Landfolk can stay ahead of the technological development within creative production
We think you might be a great fit if you
Are highly skilled in video production and editing
Have a great visual eye for storytelling, composition and pacing
Have strong experience with drone videography
Are comfortable working in Figma and apps like Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects or DaVinci
Can design or adapt graphics and layouts for social and marketing assets within our brand guidelines
Work fast, independently and love turning ideas into finished creative
Is already working with AI and new creative technologies
Have a portfolio showing both platform-native content and cinematic storytelling
Bonus points if you:
Also shoot photography
Have experience with motion graphics
Have experience working with performance-driven creative for social platforms

The practical details
This is a one-year, full-time maternity cover position based in Aarhus, ideally starting on 1 August 2026.
