Growth & Martech Lead
AI-native growth
Full-time · Based in Aarhus · Starting autumn 2026
Landfolk is looking for a growth person who thinks about opportunities and works like someone who builds things. You'll help us find, reach, and keep the people who'll love our holiday homes, using modern tools, good judgment, and a close connection to the product.
About the role
This is one of those roles where the person defines the job.
We have a clear direction: grow Landfolk without becoming dependent on paid media, by turning customer data, content, automation, and product into a stronger growth engine. How we get there is partly up to you.
You'll sit between marketing, product, tech, and data. You'll help shape the strategy, but you'll also build the workflows, automations, experiments, and reports yourself, often with AI agents. We're not looking for someone who only commissions work from others. We're looking for someone who can move fast, stay close to the work, and know the difference between something that looks done and something that actually moves the numbers.
You'll work with Pax, our internal AI agent, as a real part of how the team operates. And you'll work alongside engineers, data people, designers, and the community and operations teams, because the best growth work at Landfolk happens when the people who know the product and the people who know the customer are in the same room.
What you'll actually do
Your work could include:
Define and drive our organic growth strategy across SEO, email, content, automation, retention, and the places where they connect
Own the marketing technology stack and make its pieces work better together
Build automated and personalized touchpoints along the guest and host journey, grounded in first-party data
Run A/B tests on site and in communications, then turn results into the next thing we ship
Use AI agents and modern tools to explore data, draft and localize content, build workflows, generate reports, and remove manual work from the team
Build dashboards, track cohort retention and CLV, and report what's working and what isn't
Bring marketing, tech, product, and data closer together, so ideas can move from insight to shipped work
Stay close to operations, community, and support to find real workflow pain and turn it into better growth work
About you
You've driven real, measurable growth before, and you can explain the tradeoffs behind what you did, not just the wins.
You're hands-on. You don't just brief agencies or hand specs to engineers. You're comfortable in the platforms, in the data, and increasingly in the agent sessions that help you move faster.
You might come from growth marketing, lifecycle, martech, growth ops, or a technical product/growth role. The common thread is that you have used data, tools, experimentation, and automation to create measurable growth, and you are comfortable working close to product and engineering to turn good ideas into shipped work.
You're technical enough to be useful, and humble enough to know when you're outside your lane. We have engineers who own the codebase; we need you to build safely near it, with the right people reviewing the parts that touch production.
You use AI in your daily work. Not as a buzzword, but as a habit. You've shipped workflows with agents, you've been burned by confidently wrong output, and you've learned how to check the work.
You have taste. You know the difference between a campaign that converts and one that just looks nice. You notice when a flow technically works but still feels wrong. You care about the details, and you know when to stop polishing and ship.
You're a bridge, not a bottleneck. You can translate between marketing and engineering, between guest insight and product decision, between a dashboard and a next step.
Aarhus and how we work
We're Aarhus-first. This role needs real presence. You'll find the best ideas by being around the people who know our hosts, guests, product, and operations. We work hybrid, with the office as the default. For this role, expect to be in the office most days.
What helps your application
We're not looking for the perfect CV. We're looking for someone with judgment, curiosity, craft, and real habits around using modern tools well.
A few things help us get to know you:
Thoughts on how you use AI in your daily work: where it helps, where it gets in the way, and how you think growth teams should adapt
A few paragraphs on why Landfolk's growth challenge interests you, and what you'd want to figure out first
Applying with an AI agent
If you use AI tools or coding agents (ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Cursor, Pi, or similar), we'd love to see how you actually work with them. Point your agent at our growth AI setup interview and attach the markdown file it produces to your application.
It's optional, not required, but it's the clearest way to show us how you think and work with AI.
Don't have an agent setup? You can also copy the interview into ChatGPT or Claude as the first message and run it there.
Landfolk helps people search for the exceptional and find the unforgettable. We're building Europe's most ambitious platform for premium holiday homes, and we need growth that makes the business stronger without making it more complicated.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
We review applications and interview candidates on a rolling basis from August, so send in your application as soon as you're ready, and no later than 23 August.
