Sales & Supply Assistant - French-speaking (part-time)

Are you looking for practical experience with sales, outreach and international growth in a fast-growing scaleup? Are you fluent in French, confident on the phone and motivated by creating results through conversations with potential holiday home owners? Then you might be the person we are looking for.
Landfolk is an online marketplace for handpicked holiday homes, founded in February 2021 by seven former Airbnb colleagues. We are based in Aarhus and growing quickly across Europe, with holiday homes in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
We are passionate about creating the best possible experiences for both hosts and guests. Every holiday home on Landfolk is carefully curated, so we can offer our guests truly special places to stay. At the same time, we are building a host community that makes it easy and inspiring to be a holiday home owner.
What can you expect to do?
You will work with classic sales tasks:
Contact French holiday home owners by phone, email and other relevant channels
Introduce Landfolk, pitch our concept and create interest among potential hosts
Qualify leads and assess whether their holiday home is a good fit for Landfolk
Book meetings for our Supply Managers
Work in a structured way in our CRM system
Help with ad hoc tasks related to host acquisition and supply growth
There may also be follow-up and phone support for existing hosts, but the role is first and foremost focused on new sales outreach, lead handling and booking meetings.
Your personal qualities
You are fluent in French
You are outgoing, welcoming and enjoy talking to people and you have a good ear for listening
You have a natural ability to build trust and relationships
You are motivated by sales, targets and clear results
You are comfortable communicating in English. Spanish, Danish and/or Italian is a plus

The practical details
The position is 15–25 hours per week at our office in Aarhus C. Some evening and weekend work should be expected.
