Connectivity Expert in Guest & Host Care
Full-time · Aarhus · Starting autumn 2026
Would you like to be the link between technology, service and experiences - and make sure our visibility and bookings on external platforms work 100% smoothly?
We are looking for a Connectivity Expert to join our Guest & Host Care team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about combining operational problem-solving with strong service and collaboration across teams and partners.
Who is Landfolk?
Landfolk is one of Denmark’s most ambitious scaleups, working to bring people closer together through unique holiday-home experiences. We handpick the most special holiday homes and make it easy, inspiring and safe for hosts to share them, and for guests to find them.
We have grown to more than 100 employees since we started 5 years ago. From our office in Aarhus, we collaborate with hosts, guests and external platforms across Europe.
What will you be doing?
As a Connectivity Expert, you will become a key member of our Guest & Host Care team and play an important role in ensuring that Landfolk’s integrations with third-party channels such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Holidu, HomeToGo and others run smoothly.
You will work at the intersection of service, systems and partners, helping to ensure that both hosts and guests have a safe and seamless experience, regardless of which channel they book through.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting and communicating with guests and hosts via chat, email and phone
Troubleshooting and handling operational issues related to listings, bookings and channel integrations, in close collaboration with external platforms’ support teams
Taking ownership of daily tasks and ensuring timely execution
Sharing user insights and data with internal teams to improve the experience and processes
Contributing ideas for optimising our collaboration with external partners and helping to enhance the guest experience
Continuously improving and documenting internal workflows and procedures
Collaboration and team
You will be part of a closely collaborating team and work across the organisation:
Collaborating with the Guest & Host Care team on cases affected by connectivity and system workflows
Coordinating with the Product team to identify and prevent system-related issues
Contributing to the onboarding of new colleagues, for example through side-by-side training
Actively sharing knowledge and feedback to ensure consistent, high-quality service across platforms
Making a positive contribution to the team’s energy, collaboration and culture
We are looking for someone who:
Communicates clearly, professionally and empathetically - both in writing and verbally
Thrives in a role with many touchpoints between systems, people and partners
Takes a structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach to their work
Has experience from the service industry, operations, or a technical and/or operational support role
Takes ownership and maintains an overview - even when there are many things going on at once
Is curious about improving processes and ways of working
Speaks and writes fluent English
Why choose us?
At Landfolk, you’ll get more than just a job:
A central role in an ambitious company where your work has a direct impact on our visibility and business
A strong community with helpful colleagues and a high level of trust
Flexible working conditions with the option to work from home and spend days at our Aarhus office
Delicious lunch, social events, quality coffee, snacks - and, of course, holiday-home trips
A focus on development through regular 1:1s and annual development conversations
The position is full-time and based in Aarhus. Start date: autumn 2026.
We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis and would like to receive your application no later than 11 September 2026.
We're looking forward to hearing from you.
