Preparing and handing over more complex cases to Guest & Host Care Experts with relevant context and information
Continuously sharing observations and input that can improve the user experience on the platform and our internal workflows
Contributing ideas and suggestions on how we can further improve our processes and platform for hosts, guests, and partners
Collaboration and team
You’ll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team where we support each other and learn together:
Supporting the team’s daily routines and contributing to effective workflows
Actively contributing to a positive atmosphere, strong collaboration, and high energy in everyday work
